Shipping Info

We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders that are at least $60 after any promotional code and before shipping cost and taxes. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the cost to ship is $4.99.

Orders $75 and up will require signature confirmation. 

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. International orders are shipped via USPS and DHL. 

How do I find my tracking information?

You will receive an email/text with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you receive your shipping notification for the transit time to begin. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally to Canada and the rest of the world. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Customs and duty charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

When will my order ship?

Our goal is to get your order out as quickly as possible! If you did not select express shipping, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, however, processing happens a lot sooner in most cases. This does NOT including weekends, sales or holidays. Please note that ordering an item on PRE-ORDER will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.

Yes! You will see our express shipping options at checkout. 

I entered the wrong shipping address!

If you entered the wrong address at checkout email us as soon as possible at support@shopebandflo.com. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to make the change, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. Unfortunately, if your package has been shipped we are unable to update the address. Eb and Flo holds no responsibility if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or deliverable address. 

My package says it's been delivered but I have not received it.

We are happy to offer Route Shipping Insurance on all orders. If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance, please click here to file a claim. If you did not purchase Route Shipping Insurance, please contact us at support@shopebandflo.com for assistance. Eb and Flo holds no responsibility for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

Eb and Flo holds no responsibility for:

  • Shipping delays due to the carrier
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • International duties or customs charges
  • Lost, damaged, or shipments being marked as "Delivered"
