Your happiness is our goal! In case you're not loving your purchases, we've made returns for eligible U.S. orders super easy, and even better - your first return is on us so shipping is 100% free!

We give you 45 days from the date of purchase to return your items.

While we don't offer refunds at this time, we are happy to issue you a store credit via an Eb & Flo E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not refund original postage/shipping/insurance charges.

Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, damage-free, and have the original tags/packaging attached. If the item has been worn or damaged Eb & Flo reserves the right to deny your return. 

-Items marked as "FINAL SALE" or purchased from our Sale/Clearance Section

-Bodysuits

-Sets that include bodysuits

-Gift cards

-Shipping/postage/insurance charges

-Items with signs of wear (scents, deodorant, makeup, stains, laundered)

All returns must be postmarked within 45 days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, no returns postmarked after 45 days from the purchase date will be accepted.

In case you don't love your items, we are happy to send you one free shipping label per order on any eligible purchases. Any additional returns from the same order will incur a shipping fee (this will be deducted from your refund). 

If you paid with any of our Pay-in-4 partners, please reach out to them directly to report your return and pause your payments. Unfortunately, we are unable to pause your payments on our end while your items are being returned.

1. Visit our Returns Center

2. Enter your order number and email address to start

3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

4. Once your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with a free USPS shipping label and further instructions.

5. Once we receive your package, we'll inspect the items and your E-gift card will be emailed to you! 

Important: If you paid with any of our Pay-in-4 partners, please reach out to the payment provider directly to pause your payments. Unfortunately, we are unable to pause your payments on our end while your items are being returned.

We are happy to offer Route Shipping Insurance on all orders. If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance, please click here to file a claim.

Eb & Flo holds no responsibility for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. 

Exchanges

Because we can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they want by the time we receive their returned items, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We will issue you a store credit via an E-Gift Card once we've received your return. That way, you may use the E-Gift Card for the correct item/size or for another item.

Refunds

Once you have shipped your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your store credit to be issued via an Eb & Flo E-gift card. Your E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Unfortunately, we do not refund original postage/shipping/insurance charges.

Damaged items

We do our best to thoroughly inspect each item before it gets shipped to our customers, but there are chances that we miss something!

If your item is damaged please reach out to us via email at support@shopebandflo.com and we will gladly fix the problem as soon as possible. Please do so within 5 days of receiving your package.
