We hope you love your new items so much that you never want to return them! In the rare chance that you do, here is our Return and Exchange Policy.
What items cannot be returned?
- Items marked as "FINAL SALE" or purchased using code "SALE50"
- Sets that include bodysuits
- Gift cards
- Shipping fees
- Items with signs of wear (scents, deodorant, makeup, stains, laundered)
- Route Shipping Insurance
Can I get my money back?
All eligible returns are issued store credit via an Eb and Flo e-gift card that never expires. We currently do not offer refunds. We inspect each item for quality and process shipments as carefully as possible, however if we made a mistake we are happy to issue you a refund to your original form of payment. If you were sent the wrong item The amount issued will be based on the final subtotal for the items purchased plus tax if applicable and not include the original shipping costs.

How many days do I have to make a return?
All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the item's delivery date. If you suspect that you have received a defective item or something's wrong or missing from your order, please email us within 5 business days at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I exchange my item(s)?
All exchanges are processed the same as returns. Once your return has been approved and you have received your store credit, you can decide whether you would like to exchange for the same item or get something new. You will be able to exchange as long as the item is still in stock.
Can I cancel my order?
In order to ensure fast processing times, all orders can be cancelled up to 1 hour after being placed. Unfortunately, once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Are there any returns fees?
All return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will however cover the shipping costs if we made a mistake on your order.
When will I receive my store credit?
Once we have received your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your credit to be issued. You will receive an e-gift card to the same email address used when placing your order.
