Returns and Exchanges

All returns can be initiated here.

We hope you love your purchases! In case you're not 100% happy with your new items, we've made returns quick, easy, and free for eligible U.S. orders! Unfortunately, we do not refund original postage/shipping/insurance charges.

What items cannot be returned?

  • Items marked as "FINAL SALE" or purchased from our Sale/Clearance Section
  • Bodysuits
  • Sets that include bodysuits
  • Gift cards
  • Shipping fees
  • Items with signs of wear (scents, deodorant, makeup, stains, laundered)
  • Shipping Insurance

How long do I have to make a return?

We offer free returns on eligible items that are unwashed, unworn, and with original tags still attached within 30 days after your purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.

      How do I make a return?

      1. Visit our Returns Center
      2. Enter your order number and email address to start
      3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
      4. Once your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with a free USPS shipping label and further instructions.
      5. Your refund should be processed to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days of you dropping your package off at your local post office. 

      Important: If you paid with Afterpay or Shop Pay, please reach out to them directly to pause your payments. Unfortunately, we are unable to pause your payments on our end while your items are being returned.

      How much does it cost to make a return?

      We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns in the U.S!  

        When will I receive my refund?

        Once we have received your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be issued to the original form of payment. If your refund has not been issued after 14 business days please contact us at support@shopebandflo.com.

          I made my purchase with Afterpay/Shop Pay, but I'm still getting charged.

          If you paid with Afterpay or Shop Pay, please reach out to them directly to pause your payments. Unfortunately, we are unable to pause your payments on our end while your items are being returned.
