Returns & Exchanges

If you're not loving your purchase you have 30 days from your order date to return or exchange. All returns are eligible for store credit only.

Please make sure the items are in acceptable condition: no makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smells, or any stains of any kind will be accepted.

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges: items marked "FINAL SALE," items from our Sale collection, bodysuits, sets that include bodysuits, gift cards, and shipping/postage/insurance charges.

Re:do Returns: 

  • You now have the option to pay $1.98 at the time of purchase to later qualify for free unlimited returns on all eligible items in that order.

  • If you did not select the option for exchange protection during the initial checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

To start your return or exchange process, simply click the link below. Have your order number and shipping zip code ready.

Start a Return

  1. Visit our returns portal using the link above.
  2. Follow the prompts to obtain your return shipping label.
  3. Repack your items in their original packaging (please note: multiple orders cannot be combined).
  4. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the packaging.
  5. Drop off your return at a local post office. Make sure it's scanned upon drop-off, and request a receipt.

Shipping

We're on a mission to get your order moving ASAP. Our usual processing time is 3-4 business days. However, we often have it ready to roll in just 1-2 business days! Remember, this doesn't count weekends, sales, or holidays – those days can be a bit busier.

Quick note: If you've got your eye on a PRE-ORDER item, patience is key as it ships at a later date.

Yes! We ship internationally to Canada and the rest of the world. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Customs and duty charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

If you made a mistake on your shipping address, don't worry! Just shoot us an email at support@shopebandflo.com and we'll do our best to fix it. However, please note that if your package has already shipped, we're unable to update the address and we're not responsible for incorrect information.

We are happy to offer Route Shipping Insurance on all orders. If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance, please click here to file a claim.

Eb and Flo holds no responsibility for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. 

Pre-Orders

Important: If your order includes an in stock item, we will reserve it and ship it with your pre-ordered items at a later date

If an item is on "PRE-ORDER" it is not currently in stock and will ship at a later date.

All items on PRE-ORDER will be labeled as such.

Pre-ordered items can take 2-3 weeks to be shipped to you. You will receive a text/email notification as soon as its on its way!
