In case you're not loving your purchases, we've made returns for eligible U.S. orders super easy, and even better - we offer 1 free return per eligible purchase so your return label is 100% free. We accept all eligible returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returns must be initiated through our returns center here. Returns initiated outside of our returns center will not be accepted.

While we do not offer refunds at this time, we are happy to issue you a store credit via an Eb and Flo E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not refund original postage/shipping/insurance charges.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, damage-free, free of stains, pet hair, smells or odors (ex: perfume, deodorant) and have the original tags/packaging attached. If the item has been worn or damaged Eb and Flo reserves the right to deny your return. 

The following items cannot be returned:

-Items marked as "FINAL SALE" or purchased from our Sale/Clearance /Markdown Section

-Bodysuits

-Sets that include bodysuits

-Gift cards

-Shipping/postage/insurance charges

-Items with signs of wear (scents, deodorant, makeup, stains, laundered)

Shipping

Our goal is to get your order out as quickly as possible! If you did not purchase express shipping, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, however, processing happens a lot sooner in most cases.

This estimate does NOT include weekends, sales, or holidays due to sale volume. 

Please note that ordering an item on PRE-ORDER will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.

Yes! We ship internationally to Canada and the rest of the world. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Customs and duty charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

If you entered the wrong address at checkout email us as soon as possible at support@shopebandflo.com with subject line "URGENT ADDRESS UPDATE". 

We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to make the change, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. Unfortunately, if your package has been shipped we are unable to update the address. Eb and Flo holds no responsibility if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.  

We are happy to offer Route Shipping Insurance on all orders. If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance, please click here to file a claim.

Eb and Flo holds no responsibility for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. 

Pre-Orders

Important: If your order includes an in stock item, we will reserve it and ship it with your pre-ordered items at a later date

If an item is on "PRE-ORDER" it is not currently in stock and will ship at a later date.

All items on PRE-ORDER will be labeled as such.

Pre-ordered items can take 2-3 weeks to be shipped to you. You will receive a text/email notification as soon as its on its way!
