Can I return/exchange my item?

All eligible returns are issued store credit via an Eb and Flo e-gift card that never expires. We currently do not offer refunds. Click here for our full return policy.  

 

When will my order ship?

We process orders Monday-Friday until 2 PM EST, NOT including weekends, sales or holidays. Orders placed by 2 PM EST are shipped the same day. Please note that ordering an item on PRE-ORDER will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally to Canada and the rest of the world. The shipping fee is $21-$40 for all international orders. Eb and Flo holds no responsibility for international duties and customs charges.

 

What happens when I pre-order an item?

If an item is on "PRE-ORDER" it is not currently in stock and will ship at a later date. All items on PRE-ORDER will be labeled as such. Pre-ordered items can take 2-3 weeks to be shipped to you. You will receive a notification once your item has shipped. 

 

My package says it's been delivered but I have not received it.

We are happy to offer Route Shipping Insurance on all orders. If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance, please click here to file a claim. If you did not purchase Route Shipping Insurance, you must contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 or click here to file a claim. Eb and Flo holds no responsibility for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

     

    Can I cancel my order?

    In order to ensure fast processing times, all orders can be cancelled up to 1 hour after being placed. Unfortunately, once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you would like to cancel your order contact us at support@shopebandflo.com with the subject line "'ORDER NUMBER_____ CANCELLATION"

       

      Why was my order cancelled?

      In most cases, if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be cancelled. If this happens, you will need to try placing your order with an alternate payment method.

       

      I entered the wrong shipping address!

      If you entered the wrong address at checkout email us as soon as possible at support@shopebandflo.com. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to make the change, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. Unfortunately, if your package has been shipped we are unable to update the address. Eb and Flo holds no responsibility if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or deliverable address.
