When will my order ship?
Our goal is to get your order out as quickly as possible! If you did not select express shipping, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, however, processing happens a lot sooner in most cases.
Please note that ordering an item on PRE-ORDER will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.

What happens when I pre-order an item?
Important: If your order includes an in stock item, we will reserve it and ship it with your pre-ordered items at a later date
If an item is on "PRE-ORDER" it is not currently in stock and will ship at a later date.
All items on PRE-ORDER will be labeled as such.
Pre-ordered items can take 2-3 weeks to be shipped to you. You will receive a text/email notification as soon as its on its way!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally to Canada and the rest of the world. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Customs and duty charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
My package says it's been delivered but I have not received it.
We are happy to offer Route Shipping Insurance on all orders. If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance, please click here to file a claim. If you did not purchase Route Shipping Insurance, please contact us at email@example.com for assistance. Eb & Flo holds no responsibility for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
I entered the wrong shipping address!
If you entered the wrong address at checkout email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to make the change, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. Unfortunately, if your package has been shipped we are unable to update the address. Eb & Flo holds no responsibility if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or deliverable address.
